WinSetClip()

         Sets the win 3 clipboard with a specified value

    Syntax:

         WinSetClip( cClip ) -> lOk

         cClip : The value to insert in the win 3 clipboard

    Description:

         Sets the content of the win 3 clipboard if windows is running.

    Return:

         A logic value indicating if an error is found.

    Example:

         If WinOpenClip()
           WinSetClip( "This a text" )
           WinCloseClip()
         EndIf
