gifVersion()

         Returns the version of a GIF

    Syntax:

         gifVersion ( cFile ) -> nVersion

         cFile : Name of the GIF file

    Description:

         This function returns the GIF file format version.

    Return:

         A string containing the version like GIF89a or Nil if the file
         does not have GIF format.

    Example:

         ? gifVersion ( "c:\xx\giveme.gif" )
