How to: Play the Quiz

To play The Hutchinson History Quiz, click on the Quiz button on the taskbar. The quiz window appears.

The default settings are for a 1-minute "Pot Luck" random quiz. To change these settings, click on:

• Topic to select the topic for your quiz. Choose Pot Luck, Ancient and Medieval History, British and European History, or World History.
• Level (Pot Luck only) to select the level of difficulty. Choose Random, Easy, Medium, or Hard.
• Timer to select the time limit (if any) for your quiz.

To hear sounds effects, check the Sound box.

To begin your quiz, click on Start.

To restart with a new quiz before you have completed the existing one, click on New.
