QTBCE Readme
Issues:
This software installs to \Program Files\Qtbce - it should NOT go to
any other directory! If the directory name is changed, or if you move QTBCE,
the Help system will stop working correctly. Due to the nature of HTML, the
links within the help system assume that the help pages can be found in the
\Program Files\Qtbce directory.
