The phone lookup feature enables you to easily access from DBFax the address database you entered in the address application of your Pilot.

When you press the lookup button on the main screen, the look-up dialog is activated. The current content of the Destination field is used as a search string

You can choose in the top right corner of the dialog the phone number you want to display and use (Work, Home or Fax).

You can navigate in the list sorted in alphabetical order by entering in the search field on the bottom left of the screen the first letters of the last name your looking for .

Then select the entry you want to use and press Ok to return to the main screen of DBFax.
