SIZELIST - List all files in a directory tree along with their sizes and
owner, regardless of file permissions.  Written by Mike Frederick, University
of Houston, Houston, Texas.  The program may be distributed freely as long as
authorship remains stated with the code.

This program was written as part of a method for reporting on disk utilization
by file ownership.  We feed the output of this program to a SAS program which
handles the actual summarization and reporting.

The program does not pose a security threat since you must have 
the user right SE_BACKUP_NAME (called "Restore files and directories" under
User Manager/Policies/User Rights) in order to use it.

This program has been verified to function correctly under Windows NT 3.1
(SP2) and 3.5 (RC1 and build 807).
