For mbed32.zip, the file npMbed.class will also be extracted. Double-click the setup.exe application.

Problem Resolution - Windows

Q: I tried to enter the main site, but I kept getting a message saying my plug-in was out of date.

A: This means you have an older version of the mBED plug-in. Download the latest above and install it and this should fix your problem.

Q: I downloaded the mbedXX.zip file and ran the setup.exe installation, but when I go to the plugged-in site, a message appears that says that I need to get the plug-in. What could be wrong?

A: The most common problem is users installing the plug-in into the wrong Netscape directory. You should verify that the Netscape that you are running is the version that you selected during the installation.

Q: I installed the plug-in, but I get the message 'could not load plug-in for mime-type application/mbedlet'. What went wrong?

A: Some users have installed the 16 bit plug-in into a 32 bit version of Netscape. The 16 bit plug-in runs on Windows 3.1. The 32 bit plug-in runs on Windows 95 and Windows NT.
