Under Windows 3.x, Internet Voice Mail requires that your system be installed with the Microsoft Win32s subsystem. This system allows 32-bit applications like Internet Voice Mail to run under 16-bit Windows 3.x. If you are installing under Windows 3.x, download Win32s (build 172), install it then run Internet Voice Mail setup.
