DIRECTIONS
The Reserve is located in central and southern Idaho, southeast of Twin Falls at Almo.

WHEN TO VISIT
Open year round. The climate of southern Idaho is cold in Winter and hot in Summer.

POINTS OF INTEREST
Scenic granite spires and sculptured rock formations dominate this landscape. Remnants of the Oregon Trail are still visible in the area. Recreational opportunities include rock climbing and camping.

ACTIVITIES
Camping; hiking; rock hunting.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Limited Federal facilities. This Reserve is a new addition to the National Park System. Nearby, along I-84, remnants of the Oregon Trail can still be seen. Food, supplies, and overnight accommodations are available in surrounding communities and at Twin Falls.
