The award-winning Bloomsbury TV is broadcast by the Union at least once a week. There is a creative writing magazine and the Christian Collective produce their own magazine, 'Crosswords'. The charity Rag raised £4,500 last year and 'Care', which employs a part time staff, runs a holiday every summer for about 20 elderly people.[HDNG]RELIGIOUS:[EHDNG][PARA]Despite its godless reputation, the CU is one of London's largest. In the Union there is a multi-purpose meditation room and the University's church (the Church of Christ the King) is in Byng Place.[HDNG]PAID WORK:[EHDNG][PARA][ITAL]There are more opportunities in London for part-time work than anywhere else, but there are also more people trying to get those jobs. Students find work in all the usual places like bars and restaurants and also in theatres, offices and shops.[EITAL][PARA][PARA]
