When working with format files the "action" operation requires the program external program. This program is not installed or improperly installed.
This message is issued when the external program "program" required for the "action" operation is either not installed, or is installed in a folder other than the one specified in the Program Locations configuration dialog. If the specified program is installed, choose Configuration from the WinZip® Options menu, click the Program Locations tab, and specify the correct path information. If you do not have a copy of the specified program, see System Requirements for information on obtaining the program.
