Instructions for installing the TARTAN Wallpaper
------------------------------------------------

1.  From the disk or directory to which you
    downloaded, copy the TARTAN.BMP file to your
    Windows directory.

2.  To display the Wallpaper, use the Desktop
    option of the Control Panel.  For more 
    details, follow the instructions given in 
    "Displaying Custom Wallpaper," in Chapter 9, 
    "Customizing Windows for Workgroups," in 
    the "Microsoft Windows for Workgroups Users 
    Guide."
