Help window basics
You can print and copy Help topics if you prefer to work from printed instructions. You can also change the table of contents to view all of the topics or only the main subjects.
To print Help topics:

Do one of the following:
- To print only the current Help topic, do the following:
- On the Help window toolbar, click Options, and then click Print.
- Click Print the selected topic, and then click OK.
- Click Print.
- To print the current topic and all of its subtopics, do the following:
- On the Help window toolbar, click Options, and then click Print.
- Click Print the selected heading and all subtopics, and then click OK.
- Click Print.
To copy a Help topic:

Do one of the following:
- In the right pane of the Help window, right-click the topic you want to copy, and then click Select All.
- To copy part of a topic, select the text you want to copy.

Right-click the selected text, and then click Copy.

Open the document into which you want to copy the topic.

Position your insertion point where you want to insert the copied text.

Right-click, and then click Paste.
To use right-click shortcuts in Help:

Do one of the following:
- To expand all of the books in the table of contents, right-click in the table of contents, and then click Open All.
- To collapse all of the books in the table of contents, right-click in the table of contents, and then click Close All.
- To print a topic, right-click in the topic, and then click Print.
