Edit text properties
After you have added text to a text box, you can change its appearance by inserting bullet points or numbers, or by changing the line spacing, text alignmentTo position multiple objects or images in a straight line, either horizontally or vertically., text indentation, or font.
To add bullets or numbering:

Select the text box you want to edit.

Select the text you want to format with bullets or numbers.

On the Text menu, point to Bullets and Numbering, and then click one of the options.
Tip
Before clicking either Bullets or Numbers, make sure you selected only the text you want to change.
To change line spacing:

Select the text box you want to edit.

Select the text you want to change.

On the Text menu, click Line Spacing.
The Line Spacing dialog box appears.

Select the new line spacing.

Click OK.
Tip
Before clicking Line Spacing, make sure you selected only the text you want to change.
To change text alignment:

Select the text box you want to edit.

Select the text you want to change.
-
On the Text menu, point to Alignment, and then click the alignment you want.
Tip
Before clicking Alignment, make sure you selected only the paragraphs you want to change.
To change text indentation:

Select the text box you want to edit.
-
Click anywhere in the paragraph you want to change.

On the Text menu, click Increase Indent or Decrease Indent.
To change the font:
-
Select the text box you want to edit.

Select the text you want to change.

On the Text menu, click Font.
-
On the Font tab, select the font, font style, size, color, and effects you want.

Click OK.
Tip
Before clicking Font, make sure you selected only the text you want to change.
