What's wrong: too light

Problem:
The entire picture is too light (overexposed). This is commonly caused by taking a picture that is largely composed of a dark area, such as a black building.

Solution #1
Adjust the brightness and contrast of the entire picture. This decreases the lighting of the entire picture.
Solution #2
If you upgrade to Digital Image Suite, you can also try the following:
Adjust the levels of the picture. This adjusts the intensity of the highlights, midtones, and shadows. You may need to fine-tune the brightness and contrast after adjusting the levels.
