Problem:

Solution #1
CropTo trim the outer area of a picture. the photo so the unwanted object is no longer part of the picture. If needed, you can then resize the picture to its original size.
Solution #2
Remove telephone wires with the remove scratch feature. This feature blends the wires into the surrounding area.

Paint over the telephone wires or branches using the
clone brushA touchup tool that copies one part of an object onto another part of the same object.. The clone brush lets you paint over an area using the color and texture of another part of your picture, such as the sky or surrounding area.
