Options: scheduler (Starting Lotus Notes - Advanced)

Note: certain options are only available depending on the product purchased and the operating system configuration. For more information, see Differences between versions.

This configuration tab is only available in scheduled Lotus Notes Startup Scans, but NOT in the configuration of Permanent Lotus Notes Scans.

The Scheduler Scan permits you to indicate whether you just want to perform said scan every time the database system is started or, on the contrary, if you want to carry it out every certain number of startups, every certain number of days or every certain day of the week.

Always: if you select this option, the Lotus Notes database will be scanned each time the database management system is started.

Every certain number of startups: if you select this option, the Lotus Notes Startup Scans will be carried out every certain number of startups of the Lotus Notes database system.

Every certain number of days: if you select this option, the Lotus Notes Startup Scan will not be performed at every startup, but rather after certain number of days.

Every certain day of the week: if you select this option, the Lotus Notes Startup Scan will be performed only on the day that you have chosen from the drop-down menu.

Enabled

With this option, the scheduled scan can be enabled or disabled.
