Function GetData(Name:String;Number:Word;Data:Pointer):Word;
This returns the data under name Name and number Number from
the database. It is up to the user to ensure sufficient memory has
been allocated to pointer Data. The item is not deleted from the
database.
The user must ensure 10 kb heap is available.
