    The first byte is reserved and must be 0.

    The byte marked C is  the  compression  byte.   To have access to the
    data the byte must be 0.

    The following 6 bits are reserved and must be 0.

    The next bit is the InEXE flag.   If  this  is set to 1, the database
    is treated as an InEXE database and will thus have no directory.

    The next bit is  the  Names  bit.   If  this  is set, every directory
    entry will have a 12  letter  name  specified.   If  0, the directory
    entries will be 12 bytes less and can only be referenced by number.

    The next two bytes are  the  version  bytes  and work the same way as
    they do in the InEXE format.
