Procedure LoadDirList(Var Dir:DirList;Mask:PathStr;Attr:Byte;IncDir:Byte);

    Loads a directory, specified  by  mask,  into  Dir.   Only files with
    attributes matching Attr are  included.   Directories  are also added
    to the list if  IncDir  >=  Directory.    If  there  are already file
    names in the list Dir,  the  new  file  names  found are added to the
    end of the list.
