For $22.85 (I think that's their current fee) they will send you a list of the names and addresses of a surname you choose. The list can be provided either as a printed copy or, if you supply the formatted disk, the file comes as a delimited file. The fee is the same if the list is 100,000 names long or just 25 names. Phone books are not their only source of information, persons with unlisted numbers appear in their files. The limitation comes in that it is just one spelling of a surname and does not include variations. (So another $22.85 for variation #1, $22.85 for variation #2 etc.) Disclaimer- I do not work for this company or receive any compensation from them.
