MiniTerm is a very simple terminal program.

It can be used in absence of a real terminal program to eg.
configure a modem.

Start MiniTerm without parameters to auto-search for modems,
or use MiniTerm /? to start the terminal at a known port and speed.

MiniTerm can also transfer files between two PC's through a telephone line.
To transfer files, do the following:

1. Connect modems to both PC's
2. Start MiniTerm at both PC's
3. On one PC, dial the other PC's number with the Hayes ATD command
4. When the modem writes "CONNECT", press PgUp
5. Type a path/filename, press ENTER
