Mattel Aquarius

Is it a computer? Or is it a toy? Since it came with some form of Basic and a cassette drive on which to save programs, I guess it's a computer. Since someone had cut the power cable, I picked it up free with a load of other stuff. People have supplied me with the pinouts for the power cable, so maybe I can get it running. It does have really nice blue rubber chiclet keys!
