Perfection is a constraint, it leaves you with no further possibilities. Contradictions, unfinished things, often generate added energy, new intuitions.

Reassembling and disassembling, without preconceptions, in an apparent nonsense that builds up to a new poetry.

Ripped, burnt dresses, worn over pants in an unusual way; layers of lenghts, destroyed edges. Flared skirts, pander trapezes; long christening robes, fluorescent flashes; small tulle trains are attached to more structured shapes.

Prints: zebra on faille, batik on silk cloth, leopard on crepe, dots and X-rayed hibiscus on chiffon.

     embroidered silk/cotton twin sets.
