imagoWEB is a speed program for viewing, converting and managing your graphics files. 
The program supports a multitude of file formats, including JPEG, GIF, BMP, DIB, RLE, WMF, and many more.

Features include:

Twain interface for scanning;
Thumbnail Viewer for previewing all the images in a given directory;
Full file-management functions (move, copy, rename, etc.);
Explorer Drag & Drop support;
Sequential rename function;
Screen capture function;
Windows background management;
Special effects for your images (Blur, Oil Paint, Mosaic, Page Curl, Wave, Mirror, ecc.)
