ComTimer can be run from any directory. Copy all files into a suitable 
directory and follow the instructions below.

#	If you use Windows 95's original "Dial-Up Networking"	#
#	you don't have to run RASTEST, as your system will 	#
#	then provide RAS support.				#

#	If you are using several user accounts, you must 	#
#	first configure each account using COMLOG before	#
#	you can use this feature in ComTimer. ComTimer		#
#	will create the basic configurations the first		#
#	time it's run, but allows you to configure only		#
#	the currently used account, while ComLog allows		#
#	you to configure each one.				#
