Installation:

1. Open the steel1.zip file in the Winzip program.
2. Uncompress the Steel99 zip file to C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Steel 99
3. Find the Steel Theme file (with red A)
4. Double click the theme file and press ok or apply.
5. Send me e-mail at the address above.
6.  There are two resolution sizes included.  Use the theme file that corresponds to 
	your desired screen setting.
