Here is the official information on how to receive OS/2 TCP/IP 1.2.1.
Please do not wait for it to be available via FTP (as others here have
suggested), it isn't likely to happen.

NEW MAINTENANCE RELEASE OF OS/2 TCP/IP IS AVAILABLE -V1.2.1

This release supports OS/2 2.0 as well as OS/2 1.3 SE and OS/2 1.3 EE.
The release also includes improved installation and configuration
support as well as fixes for known problems. This new release has
also been tested with the current releases of ES and LS.

The new TCP/IP 1.2.1 - REFRESH, is available as of 5/29/92.
TCP/IP V1.2 is being withdrawn with the availability of this release.
This new package will have TCP/IP 1.2.1 and REFRESH in red lettering on
the outside cover for each kit for easy identification. All OS/2 TCP/IP
kits have been updated to this new level.

       TCP/IP 1.2.1 PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

TCP/IP 1.2 customers of record may have their products replaced,
FREE OF CHARGE, by using the following procedure:

  The customer is requested to return, with a complete return address,
  the PROOF OF LICENSE (ORIGINAL COPY) for all TCP/IP 1.2 for OS/2
  products to the IBM Fulfillment Center (address below).

The remainder of the kit(s) should be disposed of in an environmentally
responsible manner and NOT returned to the IBM FULFILLMENT center.
There is a new PROOF OF LICENSE and Statement of Service included in the
REFRESH KITS. Customers who return their PROOF OF LICENSE (ORIGINAL) by
overnight air will have their REFRESH KITS shipped overnight air.
If the PACKAGE has not been opened, it should be opened and
ONLY the PROOF OF LICENSE returned to the following address:
