ScratchPad is a quick and simple text editor for Windows 3.1. It features copy, cut and
paste along with search and replace making it a powerful tool for editing and examining
INI, BAT, SYS, C, CPP and TXT files.

ScratchPad is being distributed as SHAREWARE. You may try out ScratchPad for a 
period of thirty days. After thirty days you are asked to register ScratchPad if you 
continue to find it useful. If not,  you are asked to discontinue use of the program.

ScratchPads ZIP file (spad-10.zip) may be distributed freely as long as all files are
intact and unmodified. No fee may be charged for distribution of this program.
