Has anone stayed in any of these places in Kowloon?
(1) Evergreen Hotel
(2) Shamrock Hotel
(3) Caritas Lodge
(4) STB Hostel
What do you think of their location,facilities,rooms etc

   Try BP International, good and reasonably priced at around
   HK$420/night.

   When I visited HK last year, I contacted a travel agency
   which is extremely helpful. He found me very reasonable
   room, cheap air ticket and provided me excellent
   "consultancy" service.
   You can call (852)26811511 Mr. Tse of Rightime Travel. He
   seems to know everything and gave me lots of advice. The
   only problem was : he didn't accept credit card and
   requested cash payment!

   Thats a good choice and its fairly centrally located in TST.
   Park Hotel is also offering similar deals these days.

   I stayed in the Caritas Lodge in Nov. '97. It's nice
   enough, more than adequately comfortable and clean,
   although I don't know what it cost because it was the last
   leg of a study abroad program and my university footed the
   bill. I thought the location was great though.

   Stayed at Caritas Lodge (Mongkok) last November - rooms
   are nice, very clean, and reasonable ($390 HK).
   If you want out of the hustle and bustle of "downtown" this
   is a good choice. About a 10 minute stroll down Boundary
   St from Prince Edward station.
