diving in Cambodia

How is diving in Cambodia? what is the best place to go to?

    Try a place in Sihanoukville if you want tanks and stuff. I
    think it's called the Marlin Bar (easy to find though). A
    bloke there runs dives from his own boat. apparently there's
    another guy in town who also runs dives but he doesn't have
    his own boat and relies on the fishing boats. I didn't get
    wet there (the guy was up in Phnom Penh) but I will be next
    time i'm there. There might be some stuff out towards Koh
    Kong as well but I don't know (at least good snorkelling i
    would imagine). Let me know how you go!
