    Hi Oraib,
You can go to the Thailand website at
http://www.thailand.com or go to the lonely planet website
or just buy a lonely planet book about Thailand of which I
find it the best so far. You can check at the airport once
you arrive in Bangkok. Bangkok is famouse in food which you
can find good restuarants almost everywhere either a Thai
cuisine or sea foods. Besides it's a place to do shopping
because the labour cost is still considered cheap. The
place to go for shopping for cloth, fashionable items are
Siam Square, or World trade Center. If you like the Thai
craft, then a place called Narai Phand offite to World trade
Center is the best place for the collection. For those who
wants to see the huge market where contains every items like
plants, antique, pets, books, etc. weekend market (in Thai
called Jatujak market) is the best place.
For attraction, the grand palace and the emerald buddha
temple which are located in the same area are a must. If
you fancy of the traditional life, take a boat ride in the
river near the grand palace. Well there is so much things
to do and to buy in Bangkok... Hope this helps.
