Internet in Vietnam

Hi
My family has traveled thrugh Thailand and Malaysia in the
past 5 months. We trawel with our PC and use this to
receieve mail and news from friends and relatives. On the
1st of June we head for Vietnam and I'd like to know if
anyone has traveled with their PC in Vietnam.
Are there Internet Cafes ?
Is it possible to get a temporary Internet account in
Vietnam (I was able to get this in Thailand and Malaysia) ?

    there is no need to carry along your pc. there are plenty
    of internet email shops arround saigon. especially in the
    "backpacker area" De Tham and Pham Ngu Lao streets. the fee
    is nothing. 10,000 Vnese dong per minute (10 cents). they
    have netscape & explorer per your preferrences.
