Pork things..

Does anyone know the recipe for those pork kebabs which you
get from street barbeques all over Thailand? They're
usually served in little plastic bags along with a chilli
dipping sauce. I'm completely addicted to them and need a
fix as my next trip is just too far away...
Forever grateful to anyone who can help!

I think you are referring to moo yang. Basically the pork
is marinaded in sugar (palm sugar in Thailand - brown sugar
would probably be a good substitute), fish sauce (nam pla)
    and a little soy sauce.
Another barbecued pork dish is moo satay, but it is usually
served with a spicy peanut sauce.
