    Do you only have to say "I"?
    You know, I am a blonde too, and my vocabulary is quite
    extensive, both in English and Spanish.
    Travelled through South America, on my own, and I was fine.
    Do your research, get guide-books, learn some Spanish, and
    be firm with saying "no" in Spanish.
    And pleaseeeee- be smart!
    Also, if you need some info, can you be more specific
    please?
    I know there is a brain there somewhere.

    they speak Portuguese in Brasil, not Spanish

    There are many blonde haired blue eyed brazilians. Brazil
    also has the largest japanese population outside of Japan.
    They are brazilian citizens.
