Equador - Jungle trips

Can you help?
We're off to Equador in a couple of weeks and we want to arrange a jungle trek upon arrival in Quito. Any recommendations as to the best guides/company to contact and where best to go in the Amazon? Ideally we'd like to spend 3-4 nights camping in some relative luxury (ie, with a tent over our heads!), although not with a large group of "moaners" if you get my meaning! Any suggestions greatly received.

Try Banos. Many different agencies operate out of there for
all types of jungle trips. Its almost always cheaper to book
closer to the source. Fewer middlemen to pay.
