I'm planning my trip to Qinghai. Is it easy to get an
altitude sickness? Anyone who has been there share your
experience? Also, I'll go to the snowline in Tienshan by
horse. Is it very dangerous? Your information would be
highly appreciated!

Good source of info is on:

In Qinghai I get ATS in bus. Some passes are relly high.
For me problem is always quick ascent. It is difficult to
give any advise what to do except go slowly up.
    Qinghai is really great place.
