I've planned to spend a week in NY in the middle of june
and I've booked a room in a bed&breakfast called "Second
home on Second Avenue" which has a website on Internet. Has
anyone stayed there? Could anyone tell me if it is a good
place for staying for a week? Any comments and any extra
suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

well, I don't know what kind of budget you're travelling on,
but on the low end there's st. marks hotel, which is located
right in the east village, and marth washington hotel in the
grammercy area. this second avenue place doesn't seem too
bad though, but I bet they are going to charge a lot. try
looking through timout.com or some other guide for better
deals. you can ask me whatever, but since i am a new york
native, i get very little use out of the hotels here so I
    don't know the best deals.

Is it possible to recommend an area of Seattle and a hotel, within short distance of the wharf or a national park/zoo. Thank you.
