I have a frequent flyer ticket to Seattle - but would
actually like to get to Vancouver to visit a friend. What is
the best way to get between the two cities. Bus or train, or
is there some sort if independent shuttle. Thanks for
your time!

take Quickshuttle. it is easy and pretty inexpensive...sorry
    though i don't have their number. Don't take a train..it is
    very expensive.

Actually, the train is not too bad. From Seattle to
Vancouver is: U.S.$42.00 - $64.00 round trip. It runs six
times/day. Contact Amtrak www.amtrak.com/ for connections
    from the airport.
However you choose to travel, you should keep in mind that
the Seattle Airport is quite far from the city, and
travelling either way by road can be arduous in rush
hour(s). Even if a flight is more expensive, it's probably
    worthwhile.
    I hope this helps!

the train is scenic and if you have the time I would
recommend it. I think there is only one train per day, at
about 7:45 a.m. northbound. Amtrak runs several busses per
day from the train station -- why? To get to the Seattle
train station from the airport in the morning (before 7:45)
the quickest and cheapest way is to take the Metro transit
express bus. It takes about 30 minutes. Obviously this
strategy requires you to spend quite a bit of time
transferring between different modes of transportation, and
if actually being there is your goal, there might be better
    choices.
