Hi everyone! Just wondering if any of you can recommend a
DECENT website where I can get discount flights. I'm
planning a trip to New York and Montreal in July. I have
friends in New York, but don't know a single person in
Montreal. I'm a fit, goodlooking Aussie guy based in London,
and would like to hear from people in Montreal with info
about the city, nightlife and MEN etc! I hear it's truly
wild there! Also, are there any Canadian gay sites with
personals or bulletin boards? I'd just like to have a couple
of contacts in the city when I arrive! Thanks!!

aircanada.ca for up to date best prices on NY-mtl; get yourself an ID for cyberticket office. check with a local travel agent anyway; some airlines that go yul/jfk on the way to somewhere else may offer bargains (royal air maroc?).
i live in toronto; have family in oz so especially happy to welcome visitors from there. tell me your plan and i'll get any possible details.

I frequently go to Montreal and it is a hot city. The main thing that you need to know is that most of the clubs are on Ste. Catherine. You can check the Timeout.com, I think that they have Montreal listed and it is a good travel site for gay locations. Pick up a Spartucus for more info or check out Guide magazine on the net. I know the actual mag always has Montreal listed with maps.
    Have a good time.

You could try the cheapflights website:
    www.cheapflights.com It doesn't have a booking engine,(but
these rarely work well anyway) and if you look at the
Montreal page on the Cheapflights site, you will get a good
idea of prices and a good range of agents to contact, as
well as a column with useful links about Montreal.

    go to www.deckchair.com
    or call "flightbookers" in London
or call KLM (the dutch carrier) also as they fly to
Montreal (YMX) via amsterdam with xcellent service (yes even
in economy class!), good connections in amsterdam,
good fares and the cheapest duty free shopping of all
european airports....gd way also to see amsterdam (get the
last flight into ams and that way you'll have to overnight
    and get a nite there...
    or ....
