i want to know please about ways to sneak to tibet overland , right now i'm in cheng du, from where i can do it ,when its better ? do i need this permit after i enter to tibet ?do i need this permit to show to the psb if i want to cross to nepal ?

    Actually, I do not have the answer to your questions, sorry, sorry, sorry. However, I am very interested to meet somebody who is in Chengdu as we are going to Tibet next week and just learned that it may be difficult to get visa for Tibet because of the 50th Anniversary of the republic? Are they wrong informations?

    I don't know about the sneaking thing, but I'm also planning on travelling from Bejing to Katmandu, via tibet and would love to recieve any information you have to offer.
