Kazakstan and Kyrghyzstan when in Moscow ?

This is the email address of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Wash.,DC.
They can give you the correct information.
"Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic" kyrgyz@crosslink.net
The procedure for any of the CIS is; get a letter of
invitation from a contact in each country, send it with
Passport, application, fee and a photo to the Embassy to get
your visa.
Because of scams, your contact must register your invitation
letter and get a registration number on it. When you apply,
the Embassy checks to see if the number is valid and then
issues your visa.
The CIS has a 72 hour rule (not Uzbekistan or Turkmenistan)
which allows travel on one states visa to another state for
up to 72 hours.
For instance, if you are going to Kyrgyzstan, but landing in
Almaty, Kaz, you can just use a Kyrgyz visa.
Unless you have good contacts or a lot of time, it's best to
get any visa that you need before going to CA.
Hi there
I'm presently in Almaty/Kazakstan and I got my Kyrgyz visa
here at their embassy without any problems the same day. I
had no invitation letter or anything. Costs: $ 35.--
It was surprisingly easy.....
Good luck!
