What will be the best time (weather) to cycle from New Delhi
to Kathmandu and on to China?

   Make sure you cycle with your snorkel and flippers, the
   monsoon weather hits India in June. I have just made my way
   overland (bus) from Dehli to Urumqi and the premonsoon
   weather was HOT. At least you will be nice and cool :)
