Recently I travelled from Hong Kong across China via
Yangshuo, Dali, Zhongdian, Chengdu, Lhasa (by plane),
central tibetan monasteries, Golmud, Dunhuang, Turpan,
Urumqui and to Kashgar before heading into Pakistan. I am
