2nd passport

I would like to know what it takes to get a 2nd passport
for a US citizen who has no foriegn parents or
grandparents. Ive heard that Grenada is giving out
Passports but how much?

   I understand that after you finish service with the French Foreign Legion you are entitled to a French passport. Sounds like a snap.
