package to Cuba

Hello. Has anyone recently sent a package from the US to
Cuba? The US Postal Service will send only letters and not
packages due to the embargo. I was told that there are
private courier companies in Miami that can do this, but I
don't know how to find them. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.
Guy

    There is company down in Miami which are excellent; I have
    used them twice now; they charge $17/lb. They are called
    VACUBA and they have a web site: www.vacuba.com
    Good Luck!

    DHL also does. They aren't cheap, but have a superb
    reputation.

    Does www.vacuba.com offer insurance. If not, how reliable
    are they?
    Thanks
