Learning to Dive

Hi!
Hoping to spend a week hanging out in a cabana on some
remote beach (although not so remote that we can't find a
restaurant or other amenity, if the urge strikes). The
other criterion is that it needs to be fairly close to a
good diving school (we'd like to learn and get our
certification), and incredible dive sites.
Any ideas? Thanks!
Adam

For diving and relaxation at its best in a non-touristy
atmosphere try Belize. It's just south of Cancun but with
none of the hassles. Fly to Belize City from Miami or
Houston and then take a watertaxi or small plane to
Ambergris Caye, one of 200 to choose from along the Barrier
Reef. Find TULU at Coral Beach Dive Shop for a real fine
and professional experience. Lori Reed"s B'nB Changes in
Latitudes is cozy, convenient and close to everything. She
really knows how to connect people with what they need.
Reach her at her website or email {latitudes@btl.net} for
more details. I was there for 2 times last year and 2
months this year. One of the best places I have ever
travelled, and your American$$$ is worth 2 to 1!~!!!!
    Enjoy!!
