Take the long road to Alice

Hi there
I've been travelling in Australia for 3 months, pretty much
keeping out of the way of big cities (they kill me!) and
tourist-backpackers, living out of the back of a
station-wagon, and working for keep on organic farms, etc,
through WWOOF (see the website).
Any similar folks out there who fancy joining me for the
long trip from Adelaide to Alice Springs via Flinders
Ranges, Oddnadatta Track, Uluru/Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon,
etc? (Off the beaten track without having to fork out $500
to a tour company!)
It'd be a camping, share petrol and music type of
arrangement with plenty of good nattering, leaving in early
June, so if that sounds like your idea of good travelling
then give me a mail.
Happy travels,

Can't help you with travel arrangements - however if you are
travelling through the Flinders Ranges, make sure you go
north to Arkaroola. In my mind far more interesting, it is
privately owned and the camping costs I think $10 per night
per tent, but it is certainly worth a look

    Steve
How long are you planning on taking for the trip?
Sounds like a good one, but I've only got a few weeks
    before changing jobs.
Anyway, keen to hear a bit more, and how flexible you are.
    Cheers
    Chris
