I am an Aussie Travel Agent and I have looked up my handy
Fact file (cos even though I was there a week I forgot what
the power source was cos I got a adapta -
    icoodabeenacontenda)
My book says 240volt on Upolu in 95% of populated are, and
on Savaii 95% of the island is served by deisel engine
    installations. They run at AC50volts.
    Hope that helps.
