˙˙˙NoCrew's Sparkling Lines VLM module

Not long has passed since I release the last VLM, and here is my
third one already. This one is called Sparkling lines, or just
Sparkle. It's good for any kind of music, really. 

This module can work in two ways, either to show a spectrum or
to show the oscillation value. Each channel can be set to separate
modes, if wanted. 

Other settings are rotation speed and granularity. Rotation speed
is quite self explaining, I think. Granularity is the amount of 
lines that are used. More lines look nice, but is slower. The 
highest mode of granularity (fewest lines), works in one VBL, 
which makes it look really good in a different way from the mode
with many lines.
